These terms govern your use of ayghtsports.com. They describe what this site is for, what we claim for the numbers it publishes, and — more usefully — what we do not claim.

Agreement
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. There is nothing to sign up for and no account to close — simply stopping is enough.
What this site is
Ayght Sports publishes a win probability for each side of scheduled sporting events, together with the recorded history of how that number has moved, and a record of how our published probabilities compare with what actually happened.
It is an information service. Access is free and does not require an account.
What this site is not
This matters more than the preceding section, so it is set out explicitly rather than buried in a disclaimer.
- We do not accept wagers and we are not a bookmaker, a sportsbook, or a gambling operator.
- We do not publish selections, picks, tips, or recommendations. We do not rate one side above another, identify a number as good value, or tell you what to do with any of it. Where a page has a favourite, that is arithmetic, not endorsement.
- Nothing here is advice — not betting advice, not financial advice, not investment advice. We do not know your circumstances and are not offering guidance on them.
- A probability is not a prediction. When we put a side at 62 percent we are saying that across many comparable matchups it wins about 62 times in 100. A 62 percent side losing is not an error; it is the other 38 percent arriving, which it should, about two times in five.
- We take no position in any market and receive no part of any transaction entered into elsewhere.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old. The site is not directed at children, and we ask that those under 18 do not use it.
You are responsible for knowing whether what you do with information from this site is lawful where you are. Rules on sports wagering and on trading event-based contracts differ by country and, in the United States, by state. We publish the same information everywhere and make no representation that any particular use of it is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Our relationship to Ayght
Ayght Sports and the Ayght contract exchange are operated by the same company, Ayght, LLC. The advertising placement on this site promotes that exchange. We think a reader should be told that plainly rather than left to infer it.
They are nonetheless separate services. The exchange has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and your use of this site creates no relationship with it. Nothing published here is an offer, solicitation, or inducement to enter into any contract on that exchange or anywhere else.
One point of substance behind that separation: the probabilities published here are produced independently and are not prices at which anything can be bought or sold. They carry no margin, and they are not quotes.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We work to make the site accurate and current, and we publish our calibration record — how often outcomes we called at a given probability actually occurred — whether or not it flatters us. We do not warrant that any figure on the site is accurate, complete, or current.
- Probabilities are model output. Models are wrong in ways their authors have not yet discovered, and ours is no exception.
- Schedules, results, rosters and availability come from third-party data providers. Errors and delays in their data become errors and delays in ours.
- Starters, lineups and availability shown on matchup pages are published as context. Where they are not inputs to the model, the page says so, and the probability does not account for them.
- Parts of the site are explicitly experimental and are labelled as such where they appear.
If something here looks wrong, we would rather hear it than not. Write to info@ayghtsports.com with what you are looking at and what appears incorrect, and we will check it.
Acceptable use
You may read the site, and you may quote or reference what it publishes with attribution. You may not:
- Use automated means to harvest the site in bulk, or place load on it beyond ordinary reading.
- Systematically copy, redistribute, or resell our probabilities or calibration data as a dataset or a competing service.
- Present our figures as something they are not — as predictions, as selections, as betting advice, or as the output of any party other than us.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it, or interfere with its operation.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
If you want access to our data in bulk or for a commercial purpose, ask us rather than scraping. We may well say yes.
Intellectual property
The probabilities, calibration record, written content, design and software of this site belong to Ayght, LLC, except where stated otherwise.
Nothing on this site is official league data or statistics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, or governing body. Team, competition and participant names appear for identification only, and remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
The site is in beta. We make no commitment to uptime and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the coverage of any sport or competition, at any time and without notice. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily absent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayght, LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.
This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from a wager, trade, contract or other financial decision made by you, whether or not informed by information published here. Decisions you make are yours. The number is what we publish; the judgement is yours.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ayght, LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or its handling of your data.
Privacy
What we record when you read the site, and what we deliberately do not, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes, and the revised version applies from the date it is posted. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of the State of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
